Among Lake Havasu pet friendly hotels, The Nautical allows up to two dogs per room with no weight limit. Your Very Important Pet (VIP) will enjoy our sandy beach areas and outdoor dining areas. Guests will also receive access to two fenced “Doggy Business Park” areas within the resort; each equipped with doggy bag disposal stations.

Prior to your arrival, please notify us that you’ll be traveling with a pet and we’ll assist in choosing your suite accordingly. Upon arrival, you will receive a pet policy disclosure form which you must sign before keys can be issued to your suite.

“Pet in Room”

Your pets are part of your family and we don’t want you to travel without them. For your convenience and the safety of our staff, we provide a “Pet in Room” sign to display on your room or suite’s door handle, any time your pet is in the room. The Nautical Beachfront Resort is excited to have your whole family enjoy a vacation on our beautiful property.

Pet Fees

There is a one-time, non-refundable $75 per pet fee. Additionally, we charge a $200 refundable damage deposit. Rooms are inspected upon check-out for damage to the room, contents, or property. If any, the $200 will be used to off-set any damages and further charges to your credit card may be charged.

Pet Policies

Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room. Pets may not be leashed to any furniture or fixtures in the room.

Guest complaints, including loud barking and disruptive noise, will not be acceptable, as we may have to credit guests in neighboring rooms for their inconvenience. You may be charged for these costs.

Dogs must always be leashed when on The Nautical grounds. Electric collars do not suffice.

Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed in the pool or water park areas.

Your pets may accompany you to the beach sand area and outdoor dining spots.
