Deposit Policy
An advance deposit will be charged for your first night + tax. The charge will appear as The Nautical Beachfront Resort. Fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable policies may apply based on booking dates. If the reservation is for a one-night stay with a planned arrival after midnight guests must be checked in before 2:30 a.m. or the deposit will be lost.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full deposit refund, reservations must be cancelled on or before 3 days prior to your arrival date.
Holiday and Event Reservations
To receive a full deposit refund, reservations must be cancelled on or before 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Occupancy
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a maximum occupancy per room type.
Pet Policy
We welcome you and your dog or service animal to The Nautical. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 for your entire stay, plus a pre-authorized refundable incidental deposit of $200 at check-in. Guests booking reservations in non-pet friendly units are subject to a $500 cleaning fee.
Pampered Pet ProgramDaily Resort Fee
Our $32 daily resort fee includes access to the WET infinity-edge pool, two 7-lb bags of ice per day, access to our private boat launch ramp, boat parking in designated courtesy docks, vehicle and trailer parking, access to property events as advertised, printing guest emails, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and seasonal activities.
Resort AmenitiesBoat Parking
Overnight, reserved boat parking in our Cove is available all year. Rates are $75 per night Monday thru Thursday, $150 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday; and $250 per night Holiday Weekends and Special Events. Overnight boat parking in our boat slips on the courtesy dock and in front of our Beach Suites is complimentary on a first-come/first-served basis.
