RESORT ACCESSIBILITY
- ADA compliant guest rooms are located on the street level/ground level of our property as either a Beach Suite or a Cove Suite.
- There are several handicap parking spaces located near the main Front Desk, Restaurants and Pavilions. We also have the appropriate number of handicap parking spaces throughout the resort near all guestroom accommodations. Parking lots are well paved.
- The entrance to the Front Desk / Registration is double doors that open electronically. The Front Desk is accessible to Wheelchair Guests and features an open section convenient for guests with disabilities.
- The Turtle Grille restaurant has adequate available seating without using stairs or an elevator.
- There are accessible ramps available to get from the main / street level to the pool, docks, main beach and gift shop. There is no elevator on property.
- The pool is located outdoors on the main / street level. Ramps lead up to the pool entrance and the pool has chair lifts.
ROOM ACCESSIBILITY
- ADA King Rooms: Located at street level of our Beach Suites, these spacious rooms feature one king-sized bed with luxurious feather bedding, queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large desk, premium cable channels, 2 flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, air conditioner, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The room is equipped with a handheld showerhead, transfer rails in the bathroom, appropriate width entry door and bathroom door.
- ADA Roll-In Shower Queen Room: Located at street level of our Beach Suites, these spacious rooms feature two queen-sized beds with luxurious feather bedding, queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large desk, premium cable channels, 2 flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, air conditioner, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The room is equipped with a handheld showerhead, roll-in shower, transfer rails in the bathroom, appropriate width entry door and bathroom door.
- ADA Queen Room: Located at street level of our Cove Suites, these spacious rooms feature one queen-sized bed with luxurious feather bedding, queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, premium cable channels, 2 flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, air conditioner, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The room is equipped with a handheld showerhead, transfer rails in the bathroom, appropriate width entry door and bathroom door.
