Daily Resort Fee
Our $32 daily resort fee includes access to all hotel amenities and perks. It’s a simple way to enjoy everything The Nautical has to offer during your stay.

Deposit Policy
An advance deposit will be charged for your first night + tax. The charge will appear as The Nautical Beachfront Resort. Fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable policies may apply based on booking dates. If the reservation is for a one-night stay with a planned arrival after midnight guests must be checked in before 2:30 a.m. or the deposit will be lost.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full deposit refund, reservations must be cancelled on or before 3 days prior to your arrival date.
Holiday and Event Reservations
To receive a full deposit refund, reservations must be cancelled on or before 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Occupancy
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a maximum occupancy per room type.
Pet Policy
We welcome you and your dog or service animal to The Nautical. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 for your entire stay, plus a pre-authorized refundable incidental deposit of $200 at check-in. Guests booking reservations in non-pet friendly units are subject to a $500 cleaning fee.
Pampered Pet ProgramBoat Parking
Overnight, reserved boat parking in our Cove is available all year. Rates are $75 per night Monday thru Thursday, $150 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday; and $250 per night Holiday Weekends and Special Events.
